Stephanie is a Human Resources Executive with 30 years of experience in a variety of sectors including the aerospace manufacturing space.  She has held leadership roles at publicly traded, privately held, venture capital and private equity backed organizations.

Her background includes expertise in Leadership Development and increasing capabilities of Human Resources Departments to better support leaders resulting in increased focus successful business operations.

Conrad has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry including roles in commercial and asset management at AJW Group and Skybrakes and sales at Flightspares Ltd. His background includes successfully optimizing inventories, streamlining operational costs and strategic planning and coordination of aircraft parts to support customer needs and market demand.

Philippe is a well seasoned Airframe Professional with over 37 years of experience. His experience was built from The French Air Force Technical Academy as an Airframe/Hydraulic mechanic (three years of service). He started his business career with Hutchinson Aerospace as field Sales Manager up to the Aerospace Sales Director for 13 years. He then joined Parker Hannifin Corporation Stratoflex Division in Fort Worth Tx for which he held multiple positions up to the Airframe Business team leader in Europe and in the USA for 17 years. He moved from Texas to Florida to join Safran Electrical & Power as S&M/Programs Director for the last 7 years.  Philippe holds an Executive MBA from The ESCP University Paris, has an active PMP certification from PMI and a Contract Manager Expert certification from World Commerce & Contracting Association.

Rong has over 28 years of experience in the aviation industry, specializing in maintenance, material support, quality and lean management, including key roles in these functions at Ameco-Beijing. Since joining Unical in 2013, Rong has been instrumental in driving significant sales growth, including 6 years leading overall sales operations. Currently Rong leads Unical's sales and business development for Asia Pacific region.

Rong holds a Master's degree from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Tongji University. 

Nick has over 15 years of experience in the 145/MRO aviation industry, developing high performing MRO operations through lean initiatives, operational excellence, and a focus on process efficiencies. Nick has previously held senior leadership roles with GA Telesis, Velocity Aerospace, and AllClear Repair Services. He received his Master of Science in Engineering Management at Florida International University and received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification at Villanova University.
