Sharon draws on her more than 35 years of aviation experience including leadership roles in operations, finance and management.

Additionally, she commands an extensive understanding of the aviation industry with prior C-level roles at The Memphis Group and as the Chief Executive Officer for GECAS’ Materials, a premier distributor of airframe and engine components.

Stefan has more than 25 years of aviation sales leadership experience. Most recently he served for 7 years as Chief Commercial Officer for GECAS’ Materials. Before GECAS, Stefan held senior sales leadership roles with AerSale, GA Telesis and VAS Aero Services.

Derrick brings to the team more than 30 years of experience in both public and private equity companies in key financial positions and most recently as the CFO. He has a proven track record of restructuring financial and business information teams to support the transformation in operations and business growth.

Before joining Unical, Derrick was CFO of HMT, the leader in above-ground storage tank solutions. Prior to HMT, Derrick served as the CFO for Express Energy Service, an oil and gas service company.

David is a determined leader with an extensive 34-year career in the aviation industry. Most recently, Mr. Vollrath served as the President and CEO for Safran Power USA, LLC where he was responsible for three operational sites and 800 team members, which included OE and MRO operations. Prior to Safran Mr. Vollrath held roles as Business Unit Director, Parker Aerospace; Director of Customer Support and Aftermarket Services, DRS Training and Control Systems; Senior Manager, Aftermarket Services and Customer Support for Rolls-Royce and Senior Manager, Technical Operations and Engine Management for American Trans Air. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Vincennes University and an active A&P license.

Jennifer has more than 30 years of information technology experience including more than 20 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing space. She has held various leadership roles at Fortune 500, publicly traded, and privately held companies with global reaches.

She has successfully positioned companies to become a leader in technology, modernizing internal and external applications, architectures, and infrastructures.
