Unical Aero H854-5UA Hinge Assembly will be similar to Hartwell H854-5 Hinge Assembly in fit, form and function. The H854-5UA is similar to H854-9UA except for the length of the connecting plate. Hinge Assembly is installed to hold the Waste Disposal and Potable Water Access Door Assembly P/N 141N8631-47 in place. They are attached using the following hardware:

Description

Unical Aero H854-5UA Hinge Assembly will be similar to Hartwell H854-5 Hinge Assembly in fit, form and function. The H854-5UA is similar to H854-9UA except for the length of the connecting plate. Hinge Assembly is installed to hold the Waste Disposal and Potable Water Access Door Assembly P/N 141N8631-47 in place. They are attached using the following hardware:

• BACB30NM3K3 BOLT
• BACB30NN3K3 BOLT
• AN960PD10L WASHER
• NAS1805-3N NUT

The Hinge Assembly consists of two similar (left and right) sub-assemblies and they are attached together with a connecting plate. The main components of the sub-assemblies are Hinge Arms, Lid Mounts, Base Mounts and Spring Loaded mechanisms. Figure 1 shows the OEM Hinge Assembly configuration. Figure 2 shows the hinge (IPC) as installed in B757 P/N 141N8631-47 Door Assembly – Waste Disposal Access.
