Unical Aviation Acquires ecube Solutions

Phoenix, Arizona – April 1, 2025 – Unical Aviation Inc., a global leader in commercial aviation aftermarket solutions, today announced the acquisition of a fleet of Airbus A320neo airframes, launching the industry’s first dedicated disassembly program for the neo-family aircraft.
ecube, a Unical Group company and global leader in aircraft storage and end-of-life solutions, will conduct the disassembly operations on the aircraft which commence delivery in April of 2025. This program represents a major step in Unical’s strategy to expand next-generation aftermarket material availability for the growing A320neo fleet.

The A320neo family has become one of the most widely adopted platforms in commercial aviation, and demand for quality, serviceable material is growing rapidly. By proactively acquiring and disassembling these airframes, Unical is accelerating the availability of next-gen components to the market and helping reduce turnaround times for critical maintenance.
