JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing (Global Head of Marketing) will serve as the strategic architect and brand leader for the Unical Aviation Group and its portfolio companies, including Unical, ecube, and Unical 145.This role is responsible for defining, developing, and executing a cohesive global marketing strategy that drives business growth, strengthens brand equity, and positions the Unical Group as a trusted, forward-thinking leader across the commercial and private aviation sectors.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Director/Global Head will lead all aspects of brand strategy, marketing operations, digital transformation, and market expansion, building an integrated, insight-driven marketing function that supports Unical Aviation Group’s long-term vision and commercial ambitions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead a unified, multi-year Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy supporting the Unical Aviation Group’s global growth objectives and brand positioning.

  • Partner with the executive leadership team to define market positioning, corporate messaging, and communication strategies across all business units.

  • Translate business and market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies for services, products, and customer segments.

  • Strengthen Unical Aviation Group’s brand architecture to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation across subsidiaries and global operations.

Brand & Demand Generation

  • Lead brand evolution initiatives that position the Group as a world-class aviation services provider.

  • Design and execute integrated ABM campaigns driving customer acquisition, retention, and strategic partnerships.

  • Implement data-driven performance marketing practices to measure ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness across global markets.

Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Direct market and competitive intelligence programs to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to guide service innovation and new market entry based on insights and analytics.

Communications & Digital Strategy

  • Oversee corporate communications, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

  • Lead ongoing development of digital platforms, including websites, content hubs, CRM, and marketing automation systems.

  • Drive internal communications that engage employees, reinforce company values, and align global teams with strategic direction.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team capable of delivering both strategic and tactical excellence.

  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and key vendor relationships to maximize performance and brand impact.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement grounded in data and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email, analytics).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Data-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience managing budgets and external vendors.

  • Experienced in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

  • Strong organizational and project planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Highly proficient in creative design and content production for impactful marketing collateral.

Travel

  • Up to 25% travel (as needed).

Languages

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Working Conditions

This position is based in an office environment and requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
