Position Summary

We're looking for a Logistics Analyst to elevate the efficiency of our supply chain operations. In this role, you’ll dive deep into transportation, warehousing, and inventory data to uncover opportunities for performance improvement, cost reduction, and service optimization.
From forecasting demand to collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that the right products are in the right place—at the right time and cost. Duties & Responsibilities
Logistics Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels using logistics software and tools
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and distribution processes
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability aligns with operational requirements
Operational Support:
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams to improve workflows, reduce shipping costs, and shorten delivery timelines
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend actionable solutions to enhance logistics efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with transportation providers and negotiate optimal rates and service agreements
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track and report on logistics KPIs, including cost-per-shipment, on-time delivery, and order fulfillment rates
• Create data-driven reports and presentations to share performance insights and improvement strategies with management
Vendor & Compliance Coordination:
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective material delivery
• Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and shipping regulations at local, national, and international levels
Issue Resolution:
• Address and resolve logistics issues as they arise to minimize operational disruptions
• Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams to support smooth logistical execution
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Transportation Management)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Sound knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies
• Understanding of global trade regulations, customs requirements, and international shipping standards
